Over the years, we have built up a solid network that enables us to quickly identify relevant candidates for the specific assignment. Our main focus is on leaders and strategically important, business-critical key positions.
Executive Search is a recruitment method used to identify, attract, and present candidates for key positions to our clients. This method usually works best for leadership roles, as we can work without advertising and more effectively and accurately seek out candidates who are not actively looking for a new job. The method involves a thorough analysis of the company, the board, and the specific position. We can often act as a sounding board and challenge the client regarding the candidate profile and role description.
We may sometimes advertise the assignment publicly, but the focus is always on finding the candidates who are most suitable for the role and those who are not actively looking for new challenges.
When might Executive Search be the most effective method?
Sometimes it is about replacing a person in a leading role where the client has tried advertising but has not achieved the desired result. Sometimes the client does not want to signal that a person in a key position is about to be replaced, which can send incorrect signals internally or externally.
The basis of our Executive Search process is to first establish an assignment description. This includes, among other things, a common goal for the owners and board, a company description from an operational and strategic perspective, financial information, role description, areas of responsibility, KPIs, and expected results achieved in the short and long term.
