Lansa Fastigheter is looking for its next Project Manager —a driven leader who wants to take on technical and financial responsibility for the company’s real estate projects, from acquisition to post-sale management, in a fast-paced company with strong owners.

Lansa Fastigheter is owned by nine companies within the Länsförsäkring group and makes long-term investments in rental housing throughout Sweden. Since its founding in 2016, the company has grown to a property value of approximately 10 billion SEK, and its goal is to reach 15 billion SEK and 7,000 housing units by 2030. Its vision is “the green housing company that makes people feel proud, ” and in September 2026, the company will celebrate its tenth anniversary.

About the role

As Project Manager, you will report to Cecilia Andersson, Head of Real Estate Development, and be responsible for Lansa’s investment projects—from new construction and acquisitions to investments in existing properties and the aftermarket. The role does not involve formal personnel responsibility; instead, you will lead the work by hiring and managing external consultants and project teams.

Your assignment

Implementation of new development projects; projects are primarily undertaken through project acquisitions, with a few developed in-house.
Cost Estimation, Procurement, and Project Management
Responsibility for after-sales service, ranging from major warranty issues to day-to-day matters
Ensure compliance with Lansa standards, quality, and sustainability in all investments
Identify potential in existing investment properties and be responsible for implementing investment projects within the existing portfolio

Who are you?

A college degree or equivalent, preferably with experience in the entrepreneurial sector, real estate companies, housing companies, or project development
Experience in project management, cost estimation, and procurement
Accustomed to leading through others, such as external consultants and project teams
Driven, results-oriented, and business-minded—a “doer” with energy and drive
Communicative, with a clear entrepreneurial approach to project management
Fluent Swedish and good English, both spoken and written

Location and Other Information

The position is based in Gothenburg, with Sweden as the area of operation. Business travel is frequent—about a couple of days every other week, including overnight stays.
