How did you get into the consulting industry?

After many years in sales across various industries, I was headhunted into this industry, and I’ve been here ever since.  Over the past 15 years or so, I have held specialist roles in sales, managed processes as a recruiter/consulting manager, served as a manager/leader with executive team responsibilities, and also founded my own company, UNIQ Competence Sweden AB, which has quickly become an established player in the mid-level and senior positions within the professional services sector. 

What three things motivate you?

Delivering a result where I take a project from start to finish has always motivated me and given me a lot of energy. 

Being able to help others with a problem or challenge by offering a solution is a major source of motivation.

I really enjoy the opportunity to continuously grow by learning new things, both individually and as a team.

With a background as a long-time elite athlete, I know what it takes to deliver exceptional results. My dedication and sharp business focus have taken me very far in every role I’ve held in my career so far. Personal - what do you do when you are not working?

I spend most of my free time with my family, especially my children. I coach three of their teams, and it’s incredibly rewarding to help them and their friends grow both as people and as athletes. In addition to that, I also work out quite a bit myself in various ways; I enjoy going for long runs or spending time at the gym. 

Another major interest of mine is food; I enjoy cooking and, on a more casual level, spending time with friends. Travel is also something that interests both me and the people around me.
