About the role:

As Digital & IT Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing Mentice's digital infrastructure and IT platform. Reporting directly to the COO, you will be a key person in ensuring that the business has high-quality, efficient, and secure IT solutions. A significant part of the role involves ensuring that Mentice's products function in the customer's environments in the short and long term, based on security and functionality.

Your main responsibilities:

• Define and implement a strategic roadmap for Mentice IT and digitalization.
• Ensure product functionality and support internal R&D teams.
• Be responsible for cybersecurity and improve the company's digital landscape.
• Lead and develop internal IT support teams.
• Manage and understand customers' IT environments to ensure the implementation of Mentice products.

Qualifications:

• Academic degree in IT or equivalent.
• Documented experience of strategic and operational IT work, preferably within the AI and healthcare/tech sector.
• Good knowledge of IT security and cloud-based solutions.
• Strong strategic ability and accustomed to executing practical solutions.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
