About the role:

As Digital & IT Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing Mentice's digital infrastructure and IT platform. Reporting directly to the COO, you will be a key person in ensuring that the business has high quality, efficient and secure IT solutions. A significant part of the role is to ensure that Mentice products work in the customer's environments in the short and long term based on security and functionality.

Your main responsibilities:

• Define and implement a strategic roadmap for Mentice IT and digitalization.
• Ensure product functionality and support internal R&D teams.
• Responsible for cybersecurity and improving the digital landscape of the company.
• Managing and developing internal IT support teams.
• Manage and understand customers' IT environments to ensure implementations of Mentice products.

Qualifications:

• Academic degree in IT or equivalent.
• Proven experience in strategic and operational IT work, preferably in AI and the healthcare/tech sector.
• Good knowledge of IT security and cloud-based solutions.
• Strong strategic ability and habit of executing practical solutions.
• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English.
