A second opinion is used when the client wants an objective assessment/evaluation of a person the client is already in contact with. Common situations are:
- that a recruitment process has been carried out in-house and the client wants an external, neutral assessment of the candidate as part of the decision-making basis.
- that the client has an internal candidate who may be suitable for a new role and wants an objective assessment as part of the decision-making basis.
We offer an impartial external assessment of the individual in relation to your requirements profile. We do this through an in-depth interview with the candidate in combination with tests, usually personality tests and, if necessary, also problem-solving tests. This is combined with a comprehensive test feedback to the candidate. After that, we provide written and verbal feedback as well as a recommendation.
