About the role 

Chief Revenue Officer - CRO

As Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for leading and developing sales and marketing strategies for PipeChain SCM. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will have full personnel responsibility for the Sales & Marketing team. You will be a key player in driving business growth and building strong customer relationships. You will be based at the office in Lund or Tyringe, the important thing is to get the right person for the role.

Your main responsibilities

  • Drive sales and develop the business
  • Lead and coach the Sales & Marketing team
  • Work closely with the CEO to achieve set business goals
  • Be responsible for marketing activities and inbound marketing together with the team

Experience and skills 

  • Strong business drive and documented results in complex solution sales
  • Experience in selling to and building relationships with C-level executives (CEO, CIO, etc.)
  • Business insight into digital solutions for Supply Chain and cloud services
  • Understanding of how BI, Data Analytics and AI can create business value
  • Solid leadership experience and ability to build successful teams
  • Your knowledge of Swedish and English is good both in speech and in writing.
