You will lead and further develop the business-oriented HR function, strengthen leadership and build a modern, efficient HR organization with the support of shared services and standardized processes. You will be a key person in realizing the group's strategy through engaged employees, sustainable structures and a strong employer brand.

We are looking for an experienced and down-to-earth leader with an international outlook, solid expertise in strategic HR, and experience leading in decentralized and diversified environments.

Location: Western Sweden
