Business Area Managers for Castellum Väst (North and South respectively)

We are now looking for two committed and business-minded Business Area Managers for Castellum Väst, one of the Nordic region's leading real estate companies. In this key role, you will have overall responsibility for leading, allocating and developing the work within your business area, with a focus on optimizing the business area's profitability and promoting a business-driven corporate culture. The role is part of the region's management team and requires a strategic overall perspective as well as close collaboration with other units within the group.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate work within the business area, including personnel and work environment responsibilities.
  • Budget and profit responsibility for the business area, as well as strategic responsibility for properties and customers.
  • Maintain and ensure that property owner responsibilities are followed within the business area.
  • Achieve and exceed KPI targets such as energy savings, NCI (Net Customer Index), surplus ratio, and net leasing.
  • Promote effective information exchange between units and ensure cross-functional collaboration within the region and group.
  • Develop the property portfolio based on customer needs and business strategies, including prioritizing CAPEX projects.
  • Actively contribute to the management team's work and implement decisions made within the business area.
  • Identify and create new business opportunities and actively build the company's brand.

Qualifications:

  • Documented experience in business development and leadership within the real estate industry or related fields.
  • Strong ability to lead and inspire teams towards common goals.
  • Excellent strategic and analytical skills with experience in driving profitable business projects.
  • Ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving change processes.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
