Business Area Managers for Castellum West (North and South)
We are now looking for two committed and business-minded Business Area Managers for Castellum West, one of the leading real estate companies in the Nordic region. In this key role, you will have overall responsibility for managing, distributing and developing the work within your business area, with a focus on optimizing the business area's profitability and promoting a business-driven corporate culture. The role is part of the region's management team and requires a strategic holistic perspective and close cooperation with other units within the group.
Areas of responsibility:
- Managing and coordinating the work of the business area, including staff and health and safety responsibilities.
- Budget and performance responsibility for the business area and strategic responsibility for properties and customers.
- Maintain and ensure compliance with property owner responsibilities within the business area.
- Achieve and exceed KPI targets such as energy savings, CSI, surplus ratio and net lettings.
- Promote an effective exchange of information between entities and ensure cross-functional cooperation within the region and the group.
- Develop the real estate portfolio based on customer needs and business strategies, including prioritization of CAPEX projects.
- Actively contribute to the work of the management team and implement decisions taken in the business area.
- Identify and create new business opportunities and actively build the company brand.
Qualifications:
- Proven business development and leadership experience in the real estate industry or related fields.
- Strong ability to lead and inspire teams towards common goals.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills with experience in running profitable business projects.
- Ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving change processes.
- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
