About the role
As Chief Commercial Officer, you are a key member of the executive team responsible for driving, developing, and scaling the company’s business.
You will be responsible for the entire commercial division—sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer development—with a clear focus on growth, profitability, and business results. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on involvement in day-to-day operations.
Your assignment
You will:
- Develop and implement the company's commercial strategy
- Drive sales and take an active role in business dealings and negotiations
- Build and lead a high-performing commercial team
- Strengthen market position, brand, and go-to-market strategy
- Develop partner strategies and commercial ecosystems
- Establish a framework, KPIs, and monitoring processes to drive growth
- Ensure a strong connection between customer needs, the product, and the business

Who are you?
We are looking for a business-driven and experienced commercial leader with a strong focus on results.
You have:
- Proven experience in B2B sales involving complex transactions
- Experience leading and scaling sales organizations
- Ability to manage the entire sales cycle—from strategy to closing
- Experience at technology, digital, or SaaS companies
- A solid understanding of how marketing and sales work together
