Assessment

Leadership assessment is often used in change processes when the organization's leaders and management are particularly tested. Our most common setup begins with us doing a current state analysis, which is done via questionnaires and supplementary interviews with the individuals in question. Then, a behavioral mapping is carried out using personality tests of all members in the group. Based on that information, we present a written and oral feedback on the group's strengths, areas for development, and opportunities/obstacles for collaboration. The customer also receives an action report with proposals for development and measures based on what has emerged.
