How did you get into the consulting industry?

I have had a broad and varied career in the business world, both nationally and internationally, from various industries and roles. Managerial roles and business management combined with various consulting roles are a perfect background for what we do at Based On People!

What three things motivate you?

To have the opportunity, together with competent colleagues, to participate in some of the most important and often business-critical decisions our clients make – to hire new leaders and employees. And to meet competent and committed people every day who want to develop further. People make a difference!

What do you bring to Based on People, and why should customers choose you?

Broad background, great commitment, relationship builder and a curious and constructively forward-looking approach. We have very competent and committed colleagues with complementary backgrounds who all share important values; collaboration, customer focus and a desire to build a high-quality business characterized by trust and confidence.

Personal - what do you do when you are not working?

My spare time is more than filled with what I love and what gives me energy; spending time with my four children and my wife and all the projects we have going on. I like to exercise a lot (skiing, running, gym, etc.). Interested in music (plays alto saxophone), interior design, art and culture and a great interest in social issues (listens a lot to P1). But the question is whether people are not my biggest interest...?!?
