n the role
As Commercial Manager, you are Euvic’s primary driver of new customer acquisition. You proactively identify and engage new mid-market customers, drive complex business processes at the C-level, and manage the customer relationship from initial contact through to an ongoing partnership—including overall responsibility for your own accounts.
You will report to Richard Hammarström, Country Manager, and work closely with a down-to-earth and highly skilled team of business developers, solution architects, and delivery specialists.
This role is designed for someone who wants to take full ownership, thrives on a high degree of autonomy, and sees the potential to eventually grow into broader commercial leadership responsibilities for the Nordic operations.
Your main responsibilities:
Proactively identify and engage new customers in priority industries—without relying on pre-qualified leads, through social selling, LinkedIn, and events
- Conduct an insight-driven needs analysis — formulate hypotheses about the customer’s digital challenges and communicate them to the CEO
- Manage long, complex sales cycles with patience—deals are made between meetings, not during them
- Negotiate and sign commercial agreements in close collaboration with the Country Manager
- Manage project deliveries for our own clients in coordination with the Polish delivery team
- Help shape Euvic's brand and market positioning in the Nordic region

Who are you?
We are looking for an experienced B2B sales professional with a proven track record of drive, a deep understanding of business, and a natural hunger to win new business—without compromising on relationships or company culture.
You have:
- Proven success in complex B2B service sales to mid-sized enterprises—preferably to C-level executives with sales cycles of 6–18 months
- Background in service sales where the offering is tailored to the customer’s needs—not off-the-shelf products
- Experience working with clients in the industrial and manufacturing, transportation, retail, or banking/insurance sectors
- Experience in IT or tech consulting is a plus, preferably from a medium-sized company
- The ability to understand and communicate the role of technology in the business at the CEO level—without necessarily being a technologist
