The position

This is a new role within group finance management, reporting to the Global CFO. The position is situated within a complex matrix organization, comprising approximately 25 companies in a global context.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Head of one department within Group Finance, member of the finance management team, and member of the audit committee. Leading a team and having formal interim personnel responsibility for the global financial flows department and internal audit, with 2 direct reports and 15 team members.
• From an operational perspective, initiate and lead projects that drive change, foster progress, and implement general process improvements.
• Serve as a key finance contact for setting requirements for the ongoing ERP implementation (S4 Hana).
• Provide support in daily tasks, primarily acting as a liaison between finance and other departments to improve collaboration and processes.
• Participate in various cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• The team is responsible for coordinating PCAOB integrated audits, providing finance input in new business setups and flows, serving as a key stakeholder in S4 Hana implementation, implementing SOX, testing SOX controls, and performing internal audits.

Required individual and personal skills

Education

• Preferably holds a master’s degree in business economics, accounting, or a related field.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager and/or in a similar role.
• Solid experience from a global and listed company.
• Experience managing a team of similar size and structure.
• Experience managing a team of similar size and structure.
