How did you get into the consulting industry?

BOP is my debut in the industry. However, I have often been on the other side as a customer, especially in my previous roles in investment companies and on company boards, which has given me many thoughts and opinions on what it takes to create real value for customers.

What three things motivate you?

First and foremost, I love to understand. In order to make the right decisions or give the right recommendations, a genuine understanding of background, context and causes is required, which really motivates me. I am also driven by results. Actively contributing to something and seeing that it creates an effect is a strong driving force for me.

What do you bring to Based on People, and why should customers choose you?

I strongly believe that my background as a client will contribute to Based On People's development and, above all, our ability to create value for our clients. It is the mix of people at Based On People that is the great strength, and we all add different perspectives that together create tremendous strength.

Personal - what do you do when you are not working?

Outside of work, I love all kinds of games – whether it's playing board games, piano or padel. Otherwise, my secret dream is to become an author or artist, it's just the talent that's missing…
