How did you end up in the consulting industry?

With a degree in human resources and several years of experience in recruitment and Executive Search, I will be contributing to Based on People's continued success. The fact that I am also a team player to my fingertips means that I fit into the company in an excellent way, as collaboration and mutual respect are one of the cornerstones of Based on People.

What three things motivate you?

It feels very stimulating to work with competent colleagues, candidates, and clients. In the role of consultant, you have the privilege of being involved in building successful organizations and individuals, and my basic attitude is that this is done through respect, attentiveness, and commitment. Together we are strong!

What do you bring to Based on People, and why should customers choose you?

With broad, collective expertise and organizational understanding, as well as knowledge of how to drive qualitative recruitment processes, Based on People is a reliable partner. We build strong relationships with both clients and candidates, which means that we can also coach, challenge, and develop both individuals and organizations.

Personal - what do you do when you are not working?

With a four-year-old and a seven-year-old, you don't have to think so much; it's usually full speed ahead, dancing, hockey, football, and family activities take up most of the time. When I get some time to myself, I renovate the house, potter around in the garden, take care of my bees, and try to squeeze in a workout or two.
