Based On People wants to challenge traditional consulting firms in our own and related industries with innovative thinking and new rules of the game. Long-term relationships are the most valuable thing we have, and with the help of our network and our curiosity, we want to be the center of an ecosystem where we do not differentiate between our customers, candidates, clients, employees or partners.
All people can have several and different roles in the ecosystem over time, but our driving forces and characteristics are the same over time. It is people who create joy and value together, not technology, companies or organizations!
We like to challenge concepts such as candidate, CV and interview. Instead, we want to talk about people with different life stories, backgrounds and conditions, lessons learned, motivators, characteristics and meetings. A person's CV tells about what they have done so far in their career but does not say much about the future. It is the way forward that we want to focus on in our assignments. Therefore, we like to highlight candidates from different industries in our recruitment assignments.
We want to be a little more "difficult" than other traditional Executive Search companies, which means that we do not give up until we have a well-developed Assignment Description. This description then forms the basis for being able to attract the right candidates and enable a successful collaboration between us and the customer.

We thrive in dialogues and inspire each other, learn and develop together with our network. We are generous with sharing contacts both internally and externally. Of course, we are happy to recommend outsiders to others in our network when we see opportunities around an assignment or collaboration.
