Together is perhaps our most important core value and what we know sets us apart from many other players in our industry. We always have at least two (often three) senior consultants working on each assignment. This allows us to support each other in discussions with clients and candidates, to step in and out of assignments depending on time and the nature of the assignment, and to contribute different perspectives and knowledge.
