You have been an entrepreneur and run your own business since you left school. What made you choose this path?
From the age of 16, I traveled a lot in the USA. My time in the USA inspired me a lot to dare to take charge and follow my dreams. When I then started working as an employee in Sweden, I came to a company with a large recruitment need. Several times a week I had to "jump in" and help recruit entire teams for different types of assignments, and discovered that I succeeded really well in finding the right people. Then the thought arose that "I can do this myself" in my own company.
What advice do you have for other young (and older) people who want to start their own business?
My advice is to always try and never give up. If you have an idea or a dream, go for it. You cannot get more than a no. It is better that you develop your idea into reality than that you see someone else "steal" what you would like to do. Dare to ask for help, get a mentor you can get help and brainstorm with.
What qualities and experiences do you have that have made you so successful?
I am extremely stubborn, fearless, I never wait to do something, but it goes very quickly from a thought to an action - AND I never take a no.
