Our recruited candidate Christel Kannerling started just over a year ago as regional Business Developer at the Comfort chain

What do you do during the days?

I travel around southern Sweden and meet Comfort companies, from Strömstad over to Nyköping and southwards. We discuss the local business situation, talk about challenges and opportunities. We talk about what tools the chain has to support our companies, and ensure that the chain has the right information about everyone. I also work with the introduction of new companies we get into the chain, as well as with management systems and collaboration in our areas.

Did the role turn out as you imagined?

It absolutely turned out as I imagined, and even better. I have a fantastically inspiring and rewarding job.

How did you experience the recruitment process?

Very thoroughly conducted with many steps. I was surprised by how well Based On People could paint a picture of me in the end, you knew me almost better than I know myself :-). I have to say that you succeeded very well, haha!
