”I have the best job in the world”

Says Anne Holopainen and breaks into a smile when asked how she enjoys her role as Warehouse Manager at Varner Supply AB. Just over two years ago, Based On People had the great pleasure of connecting Anne and Varner, and what a match it was!

Anne has accomplished a lot during her relatively short time at Varner, such as the introduction and commissioning of autostore, as well as work with organizational issues and clarification of the division of responsibilities. Anne is driven by both technical issues related to logistics and by leadership and by developing individuals and organizations.

‍Egzon Memeti together with Anne in the picture below is a shining example of this. In a short time, he has taken on more and more responsibility and shown initiative and is now in a role as Production Manager. Again, Anne lights up when she talks about the development Egzon has had during her time at Varner and proudly says “that guy will go far”.
