Marie, you have just come from an important role with a much larger industry colleague. What was it that piqued your interest when we at Based On People contacted you about the role of Property Development Manager at Lansa?
-Lansa is a stable company that develops quickly in line with the market. There is a strong entrepreneurial culture combined with a healthy level of ambition, here laughter is mixed with seriousness "around the round table" it is something that attracts me.
-It's also fun to be part of a journey that hasn't been completely mapped out and in an expanding company with a high sustainability mindset and with stable owners behind it.

What challenges do you see in the housing market in the future and what are you doing at Lansa to continue to be a successful player?
-There are several challenges right now with rising construction prices, climate and energy crisis as well as rising interest rates and a shaky business environment. But the need for new housing in the coming years remains high due to increased population growth combined with a housing deficit.
-We will continue to be successful if we continue to focus on our concept, which is characterized by good material choices with a high focus on sustainability. We also have a strategy for how we spread the risks/distribution of our business and in which regions we want to be. So sound business and good relationships will take us forward😊
