Marie, you most recently came from an important role at a significantly larger industry colleague. What sparked your interest when we at Based On People contacted you regarding the role of Head of Property Development at Lansa?
-Lansa is a stable company that is developing rapidly in line with the market. There is a strong entrepreneurial culture combined with a healthy level of ambition, here laughter is mixed with seriousness "around the round table", that is something that attracts me.
-It also feels fun to be part of a journey that is not completely mapped out and in a company under expansion with a high sustainability focus and with stable owners in the back.

What challenges do you see in the housing market going forward and what are you at Lansa doing to continue to be a successful player?
-There are several challenges right now with rising construction prices, climate and energy crisis as well as rising interest rates and a shaky world around us. But the need for new housing in the coming years is still great due to increased population growth in combination with housing shortages.
-We will continue to be successful if we continue to focus on our concept which is characterized by good material choices with a high sustainability focus. We also have a strategy for how we spread the risks/distribution of our business and in which regions we want to be in. So sound business and good relationships will take us forward😊
