Earlier this autumn, we kicked off Based On People's Young Advisory Board (YAB) consisting of Philip and Sophie Jerndahl, Olivia Campbell-Lindén, William Lindén, and chairman Frida Olander. The purpose of the YAB is to give the younger generation the opportunity to influence and participate in developing Based On People's future with new perspectives, thoughts, and ideas.

All companies benefit from someone coming in and daring to challenge old truths. This type of Advisory Board will give us all energy, and hopefully, it can be the beginning of a new way of thinking that our industry and Based On People need.
