You were recruited into the role of Sales and Marketing Manager in a company under development. How has the journey been, did it turn out as you imagined?
To say that it turned out as you imagined, when you start a new job two weeks before the pandemic broke out in earnest, is probably difficult. We all faced completely different challenges than we had anticipated, but at the same time there was something very positive about it. Since the role did not exist before, it became an excellent opportunity to get into the team in an active way right from the start, and at the same time develop my role. But if you ask if I have achieved my expectations for an energizing journey up to today, the answer is; Yes! And far beyond that!

What do you feel you have contributed during your time at CAB Healthcare?
During the almost two years that I have been here, we have had a very fun and intense everyday life. We have delivered new features to our customers, changed the name of both the company and the platform, processed new market segments, hired more to the team and built ourselves organizationally. There are very many different work areas for my part, so from my perspective it is probably that I have actively been involved and contributed everywhere.

How did you (Tor and Karsten) experience the collaboration with Based On People?
