An energetic breakfast seminar was held on 7/11 at Artivity in central Linköping. Mattias Silfversparre shared his thoughts and experiences based on the 1,000 (!) board meetings he himself participated in as a member, chairman or CEO.

Lively discussions arose, especially regarding the ambiguities or lack of information that can occur within board work and the CEO assignment.
Mattias also shared concrete tips on areas for improvement and made suggestions for principles regarding board work to the 14 CEOs who participated this morning.
The next breakfast seminar will be held at the beginning of next year.
