Elin Eriksson, one year at CAB Healthcare now, how has it been?
You have been working at CAB Healthcare for some time now, tell us a little about the company and your assignment there

Elin, You have been working at CAB Healthcare for some time now, tell us a little about the company and your assignment there.
CAB Healthcare is an IT product company that offers solutions to the healthcare sector, including Kuralink, which is my main focus. Kuralink is a collaboration platform that links healthcare providers and commissioners to streamline the process of seeking and booking care. Since its inception in 2005, the healthcare commissioners have primarily consisted of insurance companies, helping their policyholders access care through Kuralink to private healthcare providers. My mission is to expand our engagement in two segments: public healthcare and occupational health. Within public healthcare, it involves targeting a completely new segment for us, but with an established product in another market. Therefore, it's largely about creating awareness within public healthcare about how Kuralink can contribute and create value. Within occupational health, there are a number of customers who use Kuralink; here, it's about managing and developing what we already have to make Kuralink even more fit for purpose for their operations and reaching out to create value for even more new customers.
With almost a year in the role, how do you feel the assignment matches your expectations?
I feel that my assignment is in line with the expectations I had before starting at CAB Healthcare. With two virtually new segments to work with, I went in with the mindset that a long-term focus needs to be in place, and I have been met with that as my colleagues also see this as a long-term investment. The assignment gives me a direction with great freedom to act in the way I believe in to get there, and where I have competent and helpful colleagues who create security along the way.
What is important to you to create positive development going forward?
After about a year in the role, my own view of what Kuralink is and the potential of what Kuralink can contribute within public healthcare and occupational health has been both confirmed and strengthened. I have a strong belief in our product, quite simply, which is important to me. If I don't believe in what I offer, why should anyone else? I want to go to work and feel that I am doing something value-creating, which is why I have been working with solutions in the health and care sector for some years now. My work at CAB Healthcare is completely in line with this driving force, and that together with freedom in the assignment with support when needed is important for me for a positive development going forward. I look forward to a future at CAB Healthcare, and thank BOP for linking us together!
