"TOGETHER" - one of Based On People's most important guiding principles is not only about how we share knowledge and information and support each other internally, but also about how we work with our network, our clients, candidates and participants. An important collaboration is the one we have with IHM Business School.
For several years, one of our experienced consultants, Björn Forssén, has collaborated with IHM, primarily with skills development in various types of sales and leadership assignments. Currently, Björn leads, among other things, a self-developed development program for sales managers. The target group is leaders in some form of sales management role, from sales leaders to CEOs of sales companies. The program aims to give participants a broad understanding of various challenges in the role of sales leader. The program, which is carried out over just under half a year on three occasions (2+3+2 days) with intermediate webinars, coaching sessions and web-based training, is based on three important perspectives – The Role, The Leadership and The Business.
