About the roles

As Sales Manager, you have overall responsibility for the Swedish sales organization and lead approximately 350 employees via middle managers. The role is based in one of the sales offices in Stockholm or Gothenburg, is part of the management team and reports to the CEO.

Your background

You have a strong business drive and proven experience in leading sales in complex B2B environments. You have worked in large organizations and are used to leading and driving sales to customers in both the public and private sectors. You are confident in driving change and leading remotely. Furthermore, you have solid experience in negotiation, procurement and performance management.

You are a present and coaching leader who creates engagement, builds relationships and communicates effectively. You combine strategic thinking with operational power, are unpretentious, curious and thrive on change - with customer focus and business acumen at the center.
